Title: Our Christmas Box: Six Nursery Favourites.
Illustrators: A. Chasemore and W. Gibbons.
Publisher: Griffith, Farran, Okeden & Welsh: London and Sydney.
Published Date: 1891.
Condition: Very good.

This is a delightful book which is also somewhat rare, given that I cannot find another copy for sale. It is prolifically illustrated throughout with detailed illustrations in both black and white and colour.

Bound in the original publisher's blue pictorial cloth, this book is in very good condition. The boards have some minor surface wear and light rubbing and bumping to the extremities. The contents are lightly age toned but very clean throughout. Featuring advertisements to the end papers, which are clean and bright.

It contains six tales, which are as follows:

Cinderella
Peter Piper
Puss in Boots
The Fairy Tale Alphabet
Little Red Riding Hood
A Apple Pie.

A truly lovely, collectable children's book.
