This is a beautiful, scarce example of Meg's Friend by Irish author Alice Corkran. The boards are in very good condition with some minor rubbing to the corners and some light bumping/rubbing to the head and tale of the spine. The colours are particularly vibrant and bright. There is a ink inscription to the verso of the frontispiece dated 1909. The contents are also very good - lightly age toned with a few occasional spots of foxing. Some spotting to the page edges.
