Condition: Very good in good dust jacket.  
 
White parchment boards lettered in red. The boards are in very good overall condition - there is some darkening to the edges, general discolouration and rubbing/wear to the extremities. Illuminated title page and 22 pages of Tennyson's poem, with calligraphic text and illumination by Sangorski. Plain endpapers which are free from inscriptions. The contents have some light age toning and some foxing to the preliminary and endpages, but the illuminations remain beautifully bright and colourful. Pages uncut as intended. There are cracks to the inner joint but the contents are firmly bound together. Complete with the original dust jacket which has some wear/loss to the spine and general wear to the edges. There is a historical piece of white tape has been placed on the reverse side to strength the spine.
