This is a beautifully illustrated book of nursery rhymes featuring eight full page colour plates and numerous vignettes to every page. Bound in the original publisher's blue pictorial cloth, the book is in very good condition. It has some light bumping to the corners and some minor wear to the extremities, but the colours remain vibrant and bright. The endpapers feature a wonderful 'Map of Nursery Rhyme Land, Showing the Principle Landmarks and Homes of Its Inhabitants' - both endpapers are clean and free from inscriptions. The contents are clean and bright throughout.
