This is a beautiful edition of Madeline and the Bad Hat by Ludwig Bemelmans. 
Published in 1958 by Andre Deutsch Limited, and complete with unclipped dust jacket. 
Bound in pictorial boards which are in near fine condition with only very minor bumping to the lower corners. Matching unclipped dustjacket (15s net) which is in very good condition, lightly age toned with only light wear to the edges and corners. Beautifully illustrated throughout including the endpapers. The pages are near fine.
