This book is a scarce edition and part of The Lily Series published by Ward, Lock, Bowden and Company. Bound in green cloth with a beautiful floral design to the front cover and spine. The boards are in very good condition overall - there is some fading/discolouration to the spine and wear to the extremities. The contents are also good - floral endpapers which has some browning and a presentation sticker to the front pastedown. Frontispiece illustrated in colour. The contents are age toned with some occasional foxing, though nothing significant. Also a catalogue of works to the rear of the book.
