This book is bound in a brown cloth with a beautiful pictorial paste on to the front cover, and gilt lettering to the cover and spine. Firmly bound but shaken, making it feel a little loose. There is some scuffing to the boards and some rubbing/ bumping to the edges, corners and to the head and tail of the spine, with a small split to the cloth at the lower spine. There is a very small area on the image to the front cover which has rubbed away. Bright gold endpapers which are lightly soiled, with a crease and an inscription to the front free endpaper. The pages are lightly age toned with some light foxing and the odd handling mark. Top edge gilt, other edges untrimmed.
