This beautiful facsimile edition of Winne-the-Pooh by A.A. Milne, with line illustrations by E. H. Shepard, is a facsimile reproduction of both the text and illustrations from an original first edition published on 14 October 1926. The binding has been recreated in the style of the first edition. It is presented with companion facsimile volumes of The House at Pooh Corner, When We Were Very Young and Now We Are Six. 
 
Each volume is in near fine (I suspect unread) condition, with crisp clean pages and bindings that are free from marks, with only the slightest hint of wear to the corners. Complete with the original slipcase which is in very good condition, having only minor wear to the extremities. 
 
This is the perfect gift for any child, or adult who like myself, remembers Winnie-the-Pooh from their own childhood with great fondness.
