This beautiful book is bound in the original publisher's burgundy cloth with gilt decoration to the front cover and spine and it is in very good condition. The boards have some light bumping and rubbing to the edges, corners and to the head and tail of the spine. There is also some minor faded patches to the rear cover and the spine has also discoloured a little - as shown in the images provided. Grey endpapers which are clean and free from inscriptions. The contents are clean and bright throughout with some minor browning to the preliminary and end pages and the odd very minor spot of foxing.
A particularly attractive copy.
