Black cloth with gilt pictorial detail and gilt lettering to the front cover. The boards are in very good condition with almost no sign of wear. Ink inscription to the front free endpaper. The contents are lightly age toned but otherwise clean and bright throughout. 
 
Complete with the original dust jacket which has been price clipped. The jacket is in good overall condition. It has a couple of small tears to the upper front edge, a slightly larger tear to the lower front edge, some discolouration/foxing to the rear and minor wear to the extremities.
