This is a beautiful edition of The Girl's Own Annual. Bound in the original publisher's blue pictorial cloth featuring an attractive floral design. The books is in very good condition overall - it feels a little shaken but is firmly bound. There is some minor surface soiling and light rubbing and bumping to the edges, corners and to the head and tail of the spine. Pictorial endpapers that are free from inscriptions and with just a little browning. The contents are predominately clean and bright - there are a few areas of light foxing but nothing significant. Pages 455-458 are partially detached but sitting neatly in place. A very good example of this popular publication for girls.
