Firmly bound in pale blue/grey cloth featuring a pictorial paste on to the front cover and gilt lettering to the front cover and spine. The boards are in very good overall condition - there is some wear to the extremities, light surface soiling to the covers and discolouration to the spine. Pictorial endpapers which are clean and free from inscriptions. Contents lightly age toned with occasional minor foxing - otherwise clean and bright. Beautifully illustrated by Anne Anderson. With eight full page colour illustrations including the frontispiece, seven full page line drawings and numerous in text line drawings. Collated complete.
