These are both beautiful editions of The Poetical Works of Thomas Hood, half bound with marbled boards and endpapers in complementary colours. Firmly bound, the boards to both volumes are in very good condition, with some some scuffing/rubbing to the extremities and some light surface soiling. Lovely, marbled endpapers. The contents are lightly age toned with some foxing/browning to the preliminary pages, but otherwise beautifully clean and bright throughout.
