Red pictorial cloth. Boards have some wear to the extremities and light surface soiling. There is a small splash mark to the lower right front boards and sadly, the rear board must have suffered damp at some point, which has left it quite marked. Please see the image provided. The damage is superficial only and does not go through to the inside. Ink inscription to the front free endpaper dated 1910? [the date is faint and hard to see.]There is a crack to the front joint and it looks as though a page has been removed, though not a significant one. Contents age toned with some intermittent foxing.
