This is an attractive edition of poems by William Cullen Bryant, published in 1873. Bound in the original publisher's blue and gilt decorative cloth. The bevelled boards are in very good condition, with some minor fading/discolouration to the spine and some rubbing and bumping to the edges, corners and to the head and tail of the spine. The binding is slightly shaken with a crack to the front joint but the contents are holding firm. Moderate foxing to the preliminary pages, the contents are age toned but otherwise clean throughout.
