This stunning book is bound in the original publisher's blue decorative cloth, featuring an elaborate design to the front cover and spine. The boards are in very good condition with only light wear to the extremities. There is a faded area to the rear board, suggesting exposure to sunlight. Firmly bound, the contents are lightly - moderately age toned, but otherwise clean. There is a prize sticker to the front pastedown and browning to the endpapers. Extensive publisher's catalogue to the rear featuring numerous beautiful illustrations. A really lovely book!
