Firmly bound in the original publisher's green decorative cloth, this book is in very good condition. The boards have some wear to the extremities and a few pale scratch marks to the rear cover. Clean endpapers in vgc. Ink inscription and stamp to the flyleaf. Contents lightly age toned with light intermittent foxing. Prolifically illustrated - some in colour. All edges gilt. A very attractive copy.
