Red pictorial cloth boards which are in very good condition. There are a few chips to the illustration on the front board and some rubbing/shelf wear to the extremities. Ink inscription to the front free endpaper dated 1914. The contents are age toned with some browning/grubby marks and slightly heavier foxing to the preliminary pages and then light intermittent foxing throughout.
