This is the fifth story in Enid Blyton's popular 'Adventure Series' and tells the story of the much-loved characters Philip, Dinah, Jack, Lucy-Ann, Bill Smugs and Kiki the parrot as they spend their summer holidays in the Welsh mountains, and fall headlong into another adventure!
 
Original decorated beige cloth featuring brown/blue pictorial detail and lettering to the front cover and spine. The boards are in very good condition with minimal signs of wear. The dust jacket has been price clipped but is otherwise in very good condition with only light wear to the extremities. Plain endpapers with some writing in ink to the front free endpaper, presumably by a book-seller. Illustrated frontispiece and title page. Contents lightly age toned but otherwise clean and bright. A very good copy.
