This is a beautiful edition of The Poetical Works of John Greenleaf Whittier, half bound with marbled boards and endpapers in complementary colours. Firmly bound, the boards are in very good condition, with some some light rubbing to the extremities. Lovely, marbled endpapers. The contents are lightly age toned with some browning/foxing to the preliminary pages, but otherwise beautifully clean and bright throughout.
