This beautiful edition of the poems of William Wordsworth is bound in the original publisher's vibrant blue cloth, elaborately decorated in gilt to the front cover, rear cover and spine. The book itself has a forward lean, and the bevelled boards are in good condition - there is some rubbing and bumping to the edges, corners and to the head and tail of the spine, which also have a split to the cloth and some crushing. Close images of this have been provided. 
The contents are also in good condition - there is a faint pencil name to the upper front free endpaper and the preliminary pages have some moderate foxing which is then light and intermittent throughout the book. The contents have the odd handling mark but are otherwise clean. There is a crack to the hinge at pages 128/129 but the contents remain firmly bound. All edges gilt.
