In the publisher's original green decorative cloth with gilt lettering to the front cover and spine. The books feels slightly shaken but is firmly bound. The boards are in very good overall condition with some rubbing and bumping to the edges, corners and to the head and tail of the spine. There is a prize sticker to the front free endpaper dated 1887. The contents are lightly age toned with a few spots of browning/foxing - otherwise clean throughout.
